Come to Sanctus Ranch in Pipe Creek, Texas for this epic event. NASA's website states that the longest duration of totality is 4 minutes, 28 seconds, near Torreón, Mexico. Pipe Creek is a great spot as we will have 4 minutes and 5 seconds of total eclipse.

On Monday, April 8th, we will host a viewing party including a BBQ lunch with burgers, sausage, fries, corn in a cup, fried dough and more! Soda, Iced Tea and Water will be available. You are welcomed to BYOB responsibly.

For those interested, we also have Vespers Lodge available to rent rooms. We require a two night minimum and meal packages are available. We highly recommend utilizing our meal package as reports indicate that travel on the dates surrounding the event will be challenged. Hotel stay is available beginning Thursday, April 4th through Thursday, April 11th

Enjoy a BBQ Lunch with Burgers, Sausage, Hot Dogs, Corn in a cup, fries, fried dough and more! Soda, Iced Tea and Water included. BYOB (and BYOC...Cigar!) is responsibly welcomed.

As the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, at first it does not completely cover the Sun. The Sun appears to have a crescent shape.

(from NASA's website)Totality is when the Moon completely blocks the bright face of the Sun. This is the only stage of the eclipse that you can view with your naked eye. This stage can also reveal the chromosphere (a region of the solar atmosphere, appearing as the thin circle of pink around the Moon) and the corona (the outer solar atmosphere, appearing as streams of white light).

Registration Options

Vespers Lodge is a Hotel Style lodge, consisting of three (3) types of rooms.

Queen Handicap Rooms - Can sleep up to two (2) people. Private bathroom includes roll-in shower.

Double Queen Rooms - Can sleep up to four (4) people. Room consists of two (2) Queen beds and a private bathroom.

Suite Rooms - Can sleep up to six (6) people. Room consists of two (2) Queen beds, two (2) twin beds that are in a smaller room within the room and a private bathroom.

All rooms come with high speed wi-fi. Guests may bring personal devices for entertainment as there are not TV's in the rooms. Our grounds and chapel will be available during the event for your prayerful retreat. Please see www.sanctusranch.com for more information our our retreat center.

In addition to the Eclipse BBQ, meals will be available throughout your lodging stay. We like to eat at Sanctus Ranch and we know you will enjoy the food. For guests staying on-site, lunches will be available for $15 and Dinners $25 per person. We will contact you after receiving your registration to coordinate additional meals.

Tickets (i.e. deposits, full payments or partial payments) are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to make the retreat your paid ticket amount will be considered a donation to Spiritual Retreat Foundation a 501(c)3 charity.

Exceptions:

A refund may be granted if requested by the purchaser within 24 hours of the sale of the ticket(s) or payment(s).
